Overview
EfficonX sought to eliminate the friction in internal HR processes, particularly regarding employee timesheets, task tracking, and manager approvals. Their previous reliance on disjointed spreadsheets and legacy systems led to reporting inaccuracies and wasted administrative time.
Our engineering team architected a modern web application utilizing Vue.js, Laravel, and MongoDB. The platform provides a streamlined interface for employees to associate time seamlessly with specific tasks. On the administrative side, managers are equipped with advanced workflow tools to handle approvals out-of-the-box and generate deep project-based reports, greatly increasing company-wide transparency.
