Behind every great e-commerce storefront is an even greater operational engine. Sneakerask struggled with managing vast product catalogs across multiple third-party suppliers, leading to pricing inconsistencies and time-consuming manual updates.
We developed a custom Operations & Automation Dashboard utilizing Next.js, Python scripts, n8n workflows, and a Laravel backend. This dynamic platform automatically fetches product data, reconciles mismatched items, selects optimal pricing routes, and syncs updates directly to the Shopify storefront.
